Cub Scouts Kick Off a New Year of Adventures

Cub Scouts Pack 40 had a busy start to the new scouting year! In August, the scouts hosted a fun Carnival and Recruitment Meeting, with older scouts creating games and donating toys as prizes for younger participants. In September, the pack held a Welcome Back Camp at Makani Olu Ranch, where scouts completed a wildfire prevention service project and learned camping essentials. They also proudly marched in the Maui County Parade and helped raise funds for the Boy Scouts of America through popcorn sales.

Mahalo to retired Cubmaster Kawika Beauchamp for his dedication and service, and congratulations to Paul Petro, our new Cubmaster, as we look forward to another great year of scouting adventures!
