Over the past several years, our temple has shared a meaningful journey through the creation of our commemorative coin series. What began as a simple idea grew into a set of five coins reflecting key aspects of the Dharma: Gratitude, Compassion & Kindness, Community, Interdependence, and now, Buddha Embraces All. These coins serve as small reminders of the Dharma in daily life and have also supported the temple as a fundraiser.
With the release of the fifth and final coin, Buddha Embraces All, the series comes to completion. This final theme reflects the heart of Shin Buddhism—the assurance that we are all embraced by Amida Buddha’s boundless compassion, just as we are.
